ABOUT ACT

Anaheim Community Theatre was founded in 1996 by Norma Leichtweis and Marc LeBlanc. It was created originally to be a form of outreach by the Anaheim First Presbyterian Church, making cultural arts more available to the public in neighboring areas.

The major goal of ACT is to provide wide access to quality theatrical productions. Through art this group hopes to positively affect the lives of others and enrich the community.

"What [is] any art but a mould in which to imprison for a moment the shining elusive element which is life itself--life hurrying past us and running away, too strong to stop, too sweet to lose."
- Willa Cather
