Dersa Cyr
is new to the Southern California area. She moved south from Lake Tahoe
to attend CSU Fullerton for her degree in Theatre Arts. Since she was
a little girl, very little, she has dreamed of becoming an actress.
Dersa attributes her success to her loving and supporting family. Thank
you for everything.
Oh, I forgot
- I quit!
Allison
Fox is excited to be performing in one of her all-time favorite
musicals, Godspell, a story near and dear to her heart. Other
favorite Southern California roles include Kay Banks in Father of
the Bride, Glona Thorpe in Damn Yankees and Bianca in The
Taming of the Shrew. Allison thanks you for coming and dedicates
this show to Grandpa Fred who is smiling up in heaven. "I'm looking
at you this time, Gramps!"
Oh, and
I quit
Deonne Geib
This is Deonne's big debut here at Anaheim Community Theatre. No stranger
to the stage, Deonne has been performing since she was a child. Recently
you may have seen her in Secret Garden as the Ayah or in Cinderella
as the ugly stepsister, Joy, both at the Trilogy Playhouse. Deonne has
also toured the USA on the national tours of Winnie the Pooh
and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. When not on stage, you
can find her waiting tables at Dennys. She hopes you all enjoy the show.
And now,
Lights...Camera...Action...Ahhh, I Quit!
Dan Henry
has been involved in the theatre since 1974. His experiences range from
being cast as Melchoir in the classic holiday opera Amahl and the
Night Visitors to his leading role as Orlando in Shakespeare's As
You Like It. Some of Dan's other theatre appearances include portraying
Dr. Armstrong in Ten Little Indians, Reverend Troop in See
How They Run, Roy in The Odd Couple, and Judge Heath in Night
of January 16th. Dan is glad to be back in his fifth production
at Anaheim Community Theatre. His other ACT performances include portraying
Officer Brophy in Arsenic and Old Lace, Dr. Grimes in On Borrowed
Time, Mr. Stanley in The Man Who Came to Dinner, and most
recently, as Inspector Lord in Spider's Web.
I'll be
in my trailer. What?! I don't have a trailer? I quit!
Nathan Perez
This is Nathan's return to the stage after three long, uneventful years.
Last seen as Big Jule in Guys and Dolls, he returns ready to
break through onto the Orange County Theatre Circuit. A student at Cal
State Long beach, Nathan aspires to become the best history teacher
on this side of the Mason-Dixon line. He would like to thank God, his
family, friends and brothers for their constant support. Also, he would
like to extend his gratitude to Disney for granting his A.D.O.'s.
I'm sick,
and I quit...really!
Roe Piccoli
Godspell is Roe's first production with Anaheim Community Theatre.
Recent credits include Mrs. Sylvia Adams in Annie Get Your Gun
at Downey Civic Light Opera, Mrs. MacAfee in Bye Bye Birdie and
General Cartwright in Guys and Dolls. Other credits include Mrs.
Myrtle Webb in Our Town and Gertrude in Puppets Dallying.
She would like to thank her friends and family for their continued support.
Umm, I...I
quit!?!
Walter Ponce
is so excited to be apart of Godspell. The subject matter of
the show has always held a special place in his heart. You may have
most recently seen him as the Steward in Into the Woods and as
Massoula in Father of the Bride! He dedicates this show to God
and his family and hopes he is making them proud.
Marc, I
quit!
Keoni Sanchez
This is Keoni's first show in Southern California. He recently moved
here from Washington State to pursue a career in film and television.
You can see him performing karaoke on a few Saturday nights! He has
a passion for thrill rides and this show has been one! But he finds
his real passion in carpentry. When asked what got him started in carpentry,
he said, "Jesus. He was a carpenter and who better to follow than
J.C.!" He thanks the audience for coming and hopes you enjoy the
show.
Oh yeah,
I got paid 30 pieces of silver to do another show, so I quit!
Lisa Schuyler
is delighted to be back onstage at ACT. Audiences at this theatre last
saw her as Tracy Lord in The Philadelphia Story. Favorite past
roles include Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Karen Andre in Night
of January 16th, Eve Harrington in Applause, Polly Peachum
in The Threepenny Opera and Gwendolyn in The Importance of
Being Earnest. As always, much love goes to wonderful husband Ed,
whose patience seems to be limitless, and to beautiful daughters Theresa
and Madeline, who are the light of Mommy's world.
Don't worry
honey, I quit!
Tina Woodhull
is excited to be doing one of her favorite musicals, Godspell.
She moved here from the San Francisco Bay area a year ago and this is
her first musical in Southern California. One of her favorite roles
was Liesl in The Sound of Music with ECT. She would like to thank
Edward Sayegh, her parents, grandmother and all her friends for all
of their love and support. Obrigada!
P.S. I quit!
Thanks.
